At J'Cee A'Dor, we take pride in the quality and care that goes into every jar of our body butter and bottle of body oil. Because our products are skincare items applied to the body, maintaining hygiene and safety is our top priority. This policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. All Sales Are Final
For hygiene reasons and to ensure the safety of all customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges for used or unopened products, except in cases where the product is damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 calendar days of receipt.
To file a claim:
Email us at info@JceeAdor.com with your order number
Include clear photos of the product and packaging showing the issue
Once we verify your claim, we will offer:
A full replacement of the affected product(s), or
A refund if a replacement is not possible
3. Partial Refunds
In rare cases where products are returned in a condition different from how they were sent (e.g., partially used or damaged after receipt), partial refunds may be considered at our discretion.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation by the carrier.
If your package is marked delivered but not received:
Check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office
Contact the carrier with your tracking number for assistance
Please notify us promptly if you believe your package is lost in transit before delivery confirmation.
5. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.
Orders not yet processed or shipped can be canceled and fully refunded.
Orders already shipped cannot be canceled but are eligible for claims under damaged/incorrect product policies.
6. Returns & Refund Processing
Refunds, when approved, will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
You will receive email confirmation when your refund is processed.
Customers have the right to return items within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with Klarna's standard policies. Please note that we do not accept exchanges, store credits, or charge restocking fees, as these are not compliant with Klarna's requirements.
This policy applies specifically to purchases made via Klarna.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different product, please place a new order and contact us about any eligible refunds or store credits for damaged or incorrect items.
